Meet Brianna, our Executive Chef.  She has a global outlook when it comes to food as she fell in love with cooking while living in France.  Brianna graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française in Paris.  

Prior to Black Tie, Brianna was a contestant on Food Network's Next Food Network Star and an instructor for the Viking Culinary Institute.  Brianna has an impeccable reputation for creating delicious, beautifully presented food that will add joy to any special occasion.
